Borsch; beetroot and red cabbage soup – Blinis; little pancakes served with creme fraiche, smoked salmon and fresh dill – Vegetable shashliks; cooked with fresh thyme, garlic and lemon juice – Beef Stroganoff; dices of beef served in a semi spicy red pepper sauce served with rice and wild rice – Fraises Romanoff; fresh strawberries served with a creamy strawberry sauce perfumed with wodka and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
